Ventilation Technician Wanted for Energetic Team!

About the Position:

As a ventilation technician, you will work with the maintenance and operation of ventilation systems in both newer and older buildings. Your main tasks will involve replacing components, troubleshooting, and servicing ventilation systems, primarily in fan rooms and properties with various types of units.

Responsibilities:

  • Fan Rooms & Ventilation: Perform maintenance and component replacements in fan rooms and ventilation systems.
  • Component Replacement: Replace filters, fans, belts, and motors in various ventilation systems. Work with both newer systems (from 2017) and older systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Operation: Conduct troubleshooting on ventilation, including control systems related to pressure and temperature.
  • Contracts & Planning: Work according to contracts, perform annual service intervals such as filter replacements and checks of ventilation units in properties of 36,000 sqm.
  • Checklists & Documentation: Go through checklists to ensure all systems function according to contracts and regulations.
  • Small Installations: Perform small installations and adjustments of ventilation systems and units.

Property:

You will work in a mix of newer and older buildings with various types of ventilation systems within the Southern Hospital. You will be active in a hospital property in the south and manage different ventilation units. Your work includes systems that regulate air flows and temperature in several properties covering 36,000 sqm.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in the ventilation industry, preferably from a ventilation company.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with fan rooms, component replacements, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ventilation systems.
  • System Knowledge: Experience working with control systems related to pressure and temperature.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to work in fan rooms and other technical environments.
  • Preferred: Experience from property companies is a plus, but not a requirement.

Personal Qualities:

You are self-driven, meticulous, and have a desire to learn and develop in ventilation technology. You are service-oriented and enjoy working in a team. You have good communication skills and can report work digitally via handheld devices or phone.
